高速公路声屏障施工注意事项

Matters needing attention in construction of highway sound barrier

1、基础和地梁的地下部分，采用挖孔、挖槽灌注法施工。为了尽量减少对公路路基土的扰动。基础和地梁施工时，超挖部分必须用同标号混凝土灌注。浇注桩基础混凝土时，可以采用铁皮套筒保护土壁，以免土粒混入混凝土。

声屏障的位置、标高均根据本段高速公路声屏障设置地段相关桩号的断面图选定。故在施工前，施工和安装单位必须对声屏障基础的位置和标高做校核测量。路基边坡有拱形骨架段落，基础间距为2m，每个拱内中间位置处设置一个基础，地梁设置在骨架防护预留槽内。

5、路基段立柱安装时，由吊车将声屏障H型钢立柱临时吊装到基础之上，调整H型钢立柱的位置、高度、立柱与立柱的间距，立柱安装时，采用铅垂线控制垂直偏差不大于5mm，桥梁段声屏障安装立柱时，利用与埋在防撞墙上的螺杆，用吊车将声屏障H型钢立柱临时吊起，调整型钢立柱的位置、高度、立柱与立柱的间距。立柱安装时，采用铅垂线控制垂直偏差不大于5mm，立柱与防撞墙之间的间隙用镀锌垫片垫至型钢垂直为止。

如果该路段存在纵坡，钢筋混凝土地梁可采用小台阶的方法保持H型钢立柱垂直，同时调整H型钢立柱的高度。
