高速公路上在声源和接收者之间插入一个设施，使声波传播有一个显著的附加衰减，从而减弱接收者所在的一定区域内的噪声影响，这样的设施就称为高速公路声屏障。

A facility is inserted between the sound source and the receiver on the freeway, so that the sound wave propagation has a significant additional attenuation, thus reducing the noise effect of the recipient's area, such a facility is called the highway sound barrier.

高速公路声屏障的屏体是由冲孔面板、背板、龙骨支架、隔音棉、防水布等部件组成。

高速声屏障生产工艺较为繁琐，分部讲解如下

The production process of high-speed noise barrier is rather cumbersome.

面板较平:金属卷板先要进行整平剪裁:

The panel is flat: the metal plate should be trimmed first.

将整平好的金属板按照需要的尺寸进行剪裁冲孔:

Trim the flat metal plate according to the required size.

根据高速公路声屏障要求来操作数控冲床进行冲孔折弯:

According to the requirement of highway noise barrier, CNC punch press is used for punching and bending.

将冲孔后的金属板裁根据实际要求进行折弯、压瓦处理背板的工艺除去冲孔的流程其余和以上一致龙骨支架:

After punching, the metal plate is cut according to the actual requirements, and the process of punching and pressing the tile is used to remove the punching process.

根据实际的规格尺寸把所需的龙骨剪裁好焊框:

Trim the required keel according to the actual size.

将处理好的面板、背板、龙骨按照要求尺寸焊接为盒子状，要预留出一面中间放填充物组装:把需要的隔音棉放入盒子框内，并要防水布包裹。

The treated panel, backboard, and keel are welded to a box like size according to the required size, and a middle place filling is set aside: the required sound insulation cotton is placed in the box frame and covered with a waterproof cloth.

最后用铆钉组装好喷塑:将组装好的屏体进行防腐喷塑处理。

高速公路声屏障根据噪声的分贝大小、不同的噪音频率及环境情况的不同，选用合适的声屏障，以免影响其隔音降噪的效果。为了使屏障的减噪效果好，应尽量使声屏障靠近声源或接受点。
